After a long-standing feud, Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga reunited on Christmas Eve, sharing a festive meal complete with sprinkle and pignoli cookies.
“Just over here trying to get a family photo,” Gorga, 46, captioned an Instagram Story on Wednesday, December 24, of her and Giudice, 53, with their loved ones. The family members, including Giudice’s brother Joe Gorga, were all smiles as they celebrated the holiday.
The reconciliation marks the end of a lengthy feud that even put the drama of *Real Housewives of New Jersey* on hold. The sisters recently came together for lunch in November, alongside Giudice’s brother and Gorga’s husband, Joe, 51, to attempt to resolve their issues.
“The meeting went fine,” a source exclusively told *Us Weekly* in November. “The conversation was about moving forward from the show drama. They are going to move forward, but it’s not going to be overnight.”
The sisters’ reconciliation gained further traction during BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas.
“I saw my husband’s relief, and for me, that’s the most important thing. It’s the siblings, and it’s the kids, and this trickles down,” Melissa told *Us* in November. “To see the relief in Joe’s eyes and in his face, to me, I’m like, ‘I’m game. Let’s go. Let’s do this.’”
Adding to the heartwarming reunion, Giudice shared her perspective on the situation. “Ask my brother, I’m the type that holds grudges. I’m very old school,” she told *Us* at the time. “For me to do this, it’s real. He said he was waiting for me because he knew how upset I was about things. … Everybody should want family to be together. I want to show America what a real Italian family looks like.”
Giudice emphasized the importance of this reconciliation for her children. “I want to show America that we could be united,” she explained. “I want to show our children that too. It’s really important.”
Gia Giudice, 24, expressed her excitement at rekindling her bond with her uncle. “He was my best friend,” Gia told *Us*. “I think it’s a relationship that we’re both excited to rebuild and work on. It’s refreshing. It’s like a weight lifted off of my chest. I’ve always wanted this since I was little. … I’ve always wanted this, and I’m just so happy that we’re coming to this place.”
