Austin, TX – Social media influencer Sami Clarke and her estranged husband, JT Barnett, have listed their Austin, Texas home for $1.39 million following their separation. The pair, who tied the knot in 2024, are moving on to new chapters independently.
Clarke first revealed the purchase of the property – a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house on nearly three acres – in April, describing it as a “surprise” for herself and Barnett. The property includes a grassy area, trees, and a small creek.
“LA has been my home for 12 years!!!!” she wrote on Instagram at the time, sharing photos of the property. “We know it will always be a part of our lives, so no plans of what is next here, just excited to keep flowing and let the world show us what they have planned! Excited to share all of the goodness with you guys 🥹♥️🫂🦋.”
Clarke recently announced the split via Instagram, stating, “My life is shifting and I’m moving into a new chapter apart from JT.” Barnett echoed this sentiment, acknowledging the “really fkn sad” situation and emphasizing his continued love and respect for Clarke.
“There’s been no relational issues & no drifting apart… just her own feeling & intuition that she needed to leave,” Barnett wrote.
The pair’s split marks another high-profile real estate transaction in Austin, following similar sales of properties previously shared with Kristin Cavallari.
