One side, We Can Morocco, comprised of six girls in white jerseys with red highlights, was significantly outnumbered but determined to compete. The opposing team, Green Bay East High School, sporting dark red jerseys and black numbers, recently formed and tournament champions, represented a growing presence in the local landscape.

Following a final workout led by Coach Mark Pope, the UK Sports Video department has unleashed a selection of highlights from Thursday’s session, fueling anticipation for the upcoming season.
While fans eagerly await the exhibition game against Purdue in 78 days, the Wildcats are making the most of their downtime. Several key players showcased their skills, providing a tantalizing preview of what’s to come.
Sharp-shooting was a major focus, spearheaded by sophomore Kam Williams. As one fan pointed out, it’s easy to overlook Williams’ talent, but his performance during the workout proved he’s a definite contributor.
Another standout was sophomore Collin Chandler, who “let it rain” with his three-point shooting. A particularly impressive moment saw a slick crossover from freshman Jasper Johnson, reminiscent of a former Wildcats standout who went on to be drafted in the first round of the NBA.
